Frequently Asked Questions

Club admins have a dedicated 'Scanner' tab on their dashboard. Simply open it on your phone, grant camera permissions, and point it at the attendee's QR ticket.

Yes, but it requires admin approval. Please use the Contact Admin page to submit a name change request with your faculty advisor's acknowledgment.

Once you create a draft event in your club dashboard, the system will automatically generate a PDF form for you to download, print, and get signed.

Check your Outlook 'Other' inbox and Spam folders. If it's still missing, ensure you entered your exact @sot.pdpu.ac.in or @sls.pdpu.ac.in address.
